We gave serious thought to marketing our home, ourselves, but listing with Bonnie was by far the better choice. She has extensive knowledge of the neighborhood and a remarkable arsenal of marketing techniques. Her attention to the smallest detail ensured that our home was presented in the best light.
She keeps in touch, follows up with potential buyers and she kept us informed of real estate activity in the neighborhood that would affect our property.
To prepare a marketing program, she engaged a professional to measure and draw an accurate floor plan. Her photographers create an excellent gallery of photos to display online and to produce professional quality brochures. In addition to the current photos specific to our property, Bonnie has a photo file of the neighborhood amenities, taken at their seasonal best, to add to and enhance the gallery. At her suggestion, we worked with a designer to "stage" our home's interior, giving it a fresh appeal. Bonnie's "set up" before each showing, meant turning on all the lights, disarming the security system, even sweeping leaves from the porch and deck.
In addition to the obvious listing avenues, MLS, Remax, Zillow, open houses, and the all important yard sign, she advertised by direct mail, the neighborhood magazine, even a feature article in the Denver Post, and was constantly coming up with new approaches to keep our home in the public's eye. We heartily recommend her.
